Dream Tour of Boeing 787 Gets Underway

Boeing begins its 5th segment of 787 Dream Tour, which is the worldwide tour that features the dreamliner

The tour comprises five cities across Central Asia, Russia, Europe, and South America. The Vice President and General Manager of the 787 program, Larry Loftis says that it brings an immense pleasure to Boeing in bringing the new 787 to the partners, customers, government officials, and medias in Central Asia, Russia, Europe, and South America.


The schedule in the March and April includes stops in Santiago (Chile) to visit the LAN airlines and display at FIDAE Air show, then Ireland to do maintenance activities for a day, Baku (Azerbaijan) to visit the Azerbaijan Airlines, Moscow (Russia) to visit the airline employees, customers, and visitors, Istanbul (Turkey) to visit the suppliers and customers, and Madrid (Spain) to visit Air Europa, employees of Boeing, and suppliers.

The dream tour airplane comprise of special cabin, which includes a welcome entryway, larger dim windows, big bins, and dynamic LED lights. The airplane has also configured with a larger business class cabin, an economy class section, and overhead crew compartment for rest purpose.
